AMI is looking for a new ambassador for our new Los Angeles store.
Under the direction of the store manager, you will develop sales and build customer loyalty through the following missions:
Your mission is to spread the AMI universe to our customers by offering a unique sales experience.
-Greet customers in the store in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
-Listen and identify the needs of customers through your listening skills.
-Build customer loyalty by creating a relationship of trust and develop new customers by introducing them to the brand.
-Achieve personal and team sales goals
-Follow-up and management of the stock (reception of goods, computerized integration of receptions, rotating inventories, requests for restocking, requests for transfers...)
-Ensure that the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises, tidying up...
-Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store.
-You have 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
-You are positive, dynamic, involved and have excellent interpersonal skills.
-You have a strong sense of customer service and are committed to satisfying your customers' needs.
-You have a strong sensitivity for fashion and a good knowledge of the sector and its trends.
-High fashion knowledge
-Good working knowledge of computer systems
