DESCRIPTION

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee a team of QA (Quality Assurance) Specialists to ensure the accuracy/quality for the complete product life cycle from receiving to shipping. This position will be accountable for tracking, reporting, and communicating findings to various business groups. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance of Supply Chain.

Job Summary

• The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee a team of QA (Quality Assurance) Specialists to ensure the accuracy/quality for the complete product life cycle from receiving to shipping.
• This position will be accountable for tracking, reporting, and communicating findings to various business groups.

• Provide leadership and guidance while planning, directing, and supervising the work activities of the Quality Assurance teams
• Establish and drive tactical and strategic QA plans and initiatives
• Propose ideas to increase the efficiency of the Fulfillment processes along with reducing frequent errors or issues
