Summary
The Kering Shared Services team supports Kering and its affiliated brands with back of house and operational activities including but not limited to; Accounting Service, HR, Legal, IT, Logistics, Real Estate, Internal Audit, Loss Prevention, and Repairs.
The Kering Americas Controller is responsible for oversight of the finances of the Americas region. This includes the Kering Americas Corporate entities in the US as well as those of the shared services in three different countries; US, Mexico and Brazil. Additionally as part of the offered shared services, this position supports FP&A for other Kering entities such as Brioni, Boucheron, Richard Ginori, and G.Gator.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Ensure accuracy of the financial information; P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Manage the budget and forecasting processes that occurs twice per year, this includes cross functional and cross regional coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projections
- Understand fluctuations in financial data as compared to LY and budget
- Monitor and manage landing estimate
- Support with cost controlling in all areas by communicating and partnering with stakeholders both in the region and abroad
- Manage cost allocation (recharges) to the brands for shared services activities, this includes estimating drivers for budget purposes and tracking actuals as well as aligning with stakeholders in Europe
- Provide visibility to the brands on all cost allocations
- Coordinate all closing activities with the Shared Services team and when necessary, with the brands
- Review Internal controls and ensure adherence of these by the organization
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance / Business Administration
- 10+ years' relevant work experience with 5 years in a management role
- Ability to understand multi-brand environment
- Be able to act as an agent of change with a diplomatic and pragmatic approach
- Track record having coached and developed subordinates
- Detail oriented, strategic and empathetic
- Demonstrates strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong communication and follow up
- Excellent interpersonal skills particularly in a multicultural environment
- Effective organizer
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of HFM, SAP and Microsoft office
