Job description

  • Setup China FP&A team, motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.


  • Business performance analysis, to highlight the business issues and opportunity to China Management, support China Business to achieve the annual target.


  • Prepare, monitor and analysis the annual budget, rolling forecast and 3-5 years business plan for Revenue, Gross margin, MDC and SG&A.


  • Working with each function, to monitor Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly KPI, including but not limited discount, traffic, sell thru, to identify the risk or opportunity in China Business.


  • To prepare and present the Monthly and Quarter business review to China management and Group Management, including Sales performance and KPI review, PNL and cashflow).


  • Work close with all functions, to make sure all Opex and Capex is well controlled within the budget and business plan.


  • OTB budget and inventory management, to ensure inventory of China BU is in a security level.


  • Support Business development team for simulation of store opening / closing plan, including Sales performance review, Capex, and ROI.


  • Work closing with accounting team, to support monthly and yearly closing.


  • Work with Finance Director, to support finance projects and tax planning.


  • Other ad-hoc work from China top management and Group.


Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting.


  • 10 Years' experience in FP&A experience in Retail and FMCG industry.


  • Excellent command in spoken & written English and Chinese are necessary, fluent French is a plus.


  • Strong knowledge for IFRS and China GAAP.


  • Excellent Excel and PPT is a necessary.


  • Good analysis and creation ability.


  • Good team leader can work under pressure.


  • Good communication and presentation skills.
