Senior Manager, Strategy & Projects, PVH Asia Pacific

Position Summary:

Partnering with all key stakeholders within the region, local markets, and global counterparts, this role will help support key strategic regional projects which have been prioritized by the PVH APAC senior management team in support of the PVH+ Plan. This will include helping to identify, analyze, prioritize and drive program and project execution forward on a daily basis, as well as supporting regular management reporting and business review.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience managing midsize to large region/enterprise wide programs, preferably with management consultancy background
  
• Proven ability to conduct analysis, drive insights, communicate concisely and lead implementation
  
• Background in working with project management processes, techniques and tools especially Microsoft Project Pro and Powerpoint
  
• Familiarity with the retail industry a plus
  
• Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with senior-level stakeholders
  

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in related fields advantageous
  

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and business sense, well versed with MS Office Suite
  
• Strong influencing ability with senior stakeholders and program/project leads and supporting working teams
  
• Mature, independent & well organized
  
• Self-motivator with strong work ethic
  
• Fluency in English a must, with Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus
