Retail Controlling Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The ideal Candidate will be included in the Retail Controlling team, within the WW Operational Marketing Department and will be in charge of all the business process connected to the sales, stores and products. He/She will work closely together the HQ and the local market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elaborate and oversee the commercial Budget and forecast of the region split by brand, country, store and products
• Assure the monitoring of the daily sales and the monthly target
• Develop weekly and monthly analysis
• Provide commentary to management in explaining business performance
• Present and coordinate weekly Store Manager Meeting
• Elaborate Competitor’s analysis
• Elaborate Business Plan of new store
• Monitor top seller’s monthly coverage
• Develop new projects and report ad hoc
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with different department (Controlling, Operations, Merchandising)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

2+ years of experience as Retail Controlling Specialist – better if gained in luxury / retail business

Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite; SQL and Python are a plus.

Proficient use of Business Object, Qlik and/or similar reporting tools.

Good communication and presentation skills

Analytical and hands-on approach, “critical thinker”.

Team working attitude, problem solving and focused on targets/deliverables.

Full proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
