Overview

PR Coordinator supports the PR Manager in executing PR strategies, contributing to projects and completing administrative tasks. They liaise with PR agencies to maintain the external image of Tiffany & Co., promote specific marketing campaigns, and drive launches through issuing press releases, promoting press releases, maintaining a social media presence, and coordinating public appearances and Events.

Key Responsibilities

PR Strategy
  • Coordinate accurate execution and distribution of press releases with PR agencies
  • Coordinate product loans for photo shoots and VIP endorsements (in partnership with stores and PR agencies and Global teams)
  • Oversee day-to-day contact with PR agencies in the market
  • Work in conjunction with the PR Manager and PR agencies to identify suitable opportunities for collaborating with influencers
  • Coordinate daily & monthly press clippings and quarterly submission of original clippings with PR agencies
  • Daily review of press for clippings & regular distribution of key articles internally
  • Coordinate with Media team to build strong campaign around launch or Key project for the maison

Administration, Monitoring & Reporting
  • Invoice submission & processing
  • Monitor external agency performance
  • Monitor digital and social media portals on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor competitive activity on an on-going basis
  • Assess and monitor event effectiveness and ROI
  • Coordinate event recaps, track feedback and make improvement recommendations as appropriate
  • Provide timely communication on all projects to store managers, local agencies and management and regional PR team
  • Communicate local activities and Recaps to Regional and Global teams


Qualifications
  • University degree
  • 3-5 years PR/ Retail marketing experience in a luxury/ jewellery retail company or PR agency
  • Experience with luxury media channels (print, digital)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Digital and social media aptitude and experience
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Creativity, team spirit & sense of initiative
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
