The Client Relations Executive is responsible for execution support for instore, virtual client and regional events. With an emphasis on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences including High Jewelry events and client gestures and gifting. The Client Relations Executive will report to the Director Client Relations & High Jewelry.

  • Assist in the facilitation and development of programs, strategies, and service support related to Events and client experiences.
  • Assist Director of Client Relations & High Jewelry and department with scheduling, expense reports and special projects
  • Manage and distribute South Asia Pacific Events calendar
  • Work closely with outside vendors and continuously research new vendors, ideas, and trends within the industry
  • Provide support to local retail teams through communicating global directives, event element guidelines, idea generation, guidance on event plans, budget, and branding
  • Cross-functional partnerships to create 360 support plans to ensure that all corresponding logistics are running smoothly from the planning stages to on-site at the event, itself
  • Provide retail teams creative and logistical support for store events
  • Contribute to major event recaps, as well as event calendars and timelines
  • Support client gifting initiatives, managing regional orders and allocations
  • Collaborate with CRM analytics team for client data strategy and support
  • Billing for client activations and overseeing event budgets to efficiently track spending, by event, while identifying risks and opportunities
  • Compile and support on preparation of strategy decks


  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Passion and creativity for client relationship building
