JOB PURPOSE

Create, develop and deliver global programmes and initiatives that support the wellbeing of our colleagues, educate leaders, support business strategies and evolve our values-driven inclusive culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the SM, Colleague Experience to develop an annual roadmap and activity calendar that supports the Wellbeing strategy.
  • Lead, maintain and refresh all globally accessible wellbeing resources, partnering with the colleague communication team and associated channels to ensure maximum uptake and engagement.
  • Lead and deliver wellbeing activities/moments that contribute to support key focus areas (including summer/winter programmes, global app delivery).
  • Create innovative methods to connect with different audiences (IM, Retail, Corporate) with a global lens.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders (including internal functions, Colleague Experience Advisor, Wellbeing Ambassadors) to gather insights to inform ideas to improve the wellbeing of our people.
  • Provide informed guidance and best practice on aspects around wellbeing (incl. for colleague guides and policies on key topics).
  • Design and lead the Wellbeing governance group ensuring stakeholder collaboration and agreement on clear outcomes, focus areas, roles and responsibilities.


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Significant experience leading and delivering employee health and wellbeing programmes, using best practice to drive strategy and engagement.
  • Experience in generating comprehensive wellbeing engagement plans that apply creative tactics for different audiences (IM, Retail, Corporate).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programmes with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience building relationships and working with a diverse group of stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
  • Ability to work independently - delivering quality under pressure.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills that simplify complex issues and concepts.
  • Problem solver; passionate about connecting with people and delivering work to improve our colleague experience.
