Position Overview
As the Associate Project Manager Wholesale, you will work as part of a team to manage our wholesale partner deliveries for all Digital Channels for all Brands. Working cross functionally with your manager on the project management of shoots, site content, emails and media components for our wholesale partners. Partnering with your Agency partners, Production Management, Marketing and Business Teams, Project Management, Merchandising, Site, Marketing, and 3rd party vendors, enabling key deliveries for all brands and all channels. This role will require an understanding of the current luxury retail industry, technology system landscapes, project management processes, agile delivery methodologies and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget while managing interdependencies and ongoing updates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver Wholesale Digital projects across all Brands and Channels managing the master schedule and tracking of all projects.
• Partner with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure shoots, site content, emails, media are on track for all launches working to enable and unblock deliveries daily.
• Partner with Brand/Agency Project Management to intake briefs and manage the entire set of all wholesale deliveries enabling prioritization internally to ensure all deliveries are made to wholesale channels globally
• Work closely with employees, contractors, and vendor teams by clearly developing and communicating plans with interdependencies and deliver against the diverse portfolio
• Develop status reports, timelines, project scope and economics, change management, manage, and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts across all projects in your area.
• Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between cross functional teams for Wholesale

• Partner with marketing & commercial teams to develop clear briefs and timelines outlining business requirements and full user experience to ensure clear deliverables and expectations are met
• Navigate creative approvals with senior management, marketing partners and creative leads

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Project management experience in a digital ecommerce environment
* Experience within the fashion industry or Advertising Agency is a plus
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities across multiple channels
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Proven project management skills
* Strategic thinker, able to translate business objectives into 360 project plans
* Knowledge of Salesforce, Commerce and Supply Chain technical landscape is a benefit.
* Customer oriented, diplomatic, and able to deftly balance business, creative and tech perspectives
* Creative, innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies
* Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work on time and within budget
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project management software; ability to learn additional systems quickly
