In Global Retail Services, the Customer Experience team is responsible for developing strategies, concepts and tools that enable our offline and online sales channels along the customer journey to deliver a world-class customer experience always with a "Consumer First" mind-set and in guidance of the "Claim Five" strategy. We are looking for a motivated Senior Manager (m/f/d) for the Global Customer Experience Team with start as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • As a customer experience expert, you will initiate, further develop, and manage projects and concepts with a strong focus on the customer in-store experience
  • You will take on the lead and be the expert in implementing innovative in-store services such as Repair & Rewear and personalization that enhances and brings Customer Experience to life in all stores and across all store categories
  • Developing the best operative circumstance for the stores by developing guidelines and clear instruction for in-store implementation
  • You will lead and further develop a re-occurring virtual event (HUGO Virtual Update). This means defining theme to focus on and delegating topics to other departments as well as participating markets.
  • Other responsibilities include planning and execution of cross-functional workshops and exchange meetings and calls ensuring engagement of the participants and outcomes for improvement
  • Contribute to the further development of the Customer Experience Strategy at HUGO BOSS together with the team and leaders
  • Active pull and push transfer of Project Management, Functional Enhancements and Operational knowledge and competencies within the team


Your profile:

  • Study of (international) business administration or economics, business administration/management, textile/trade management or comparable
  • Experience working in managing projects which include integrated working with other departments and external contacts with Retail and / or Omnichannel topics
  • A rounded knowledge of fashion Retail and existing Omnichannel Services
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) any other language a plus
  • A passion for fashion and lifestyle and strong interest in investigating more on the topic on Customer Experience
  • Out-of the box thinking and strong people and intercultural skills and the ability to connect
  • Ability to work independently and organized and desire to bring in own creative ideas that will benefit customer experience
  • Strong MS Office skills (Power Point, Outlook, Word, Excel)
