We are looking for a part-time sales associate to join the team at our flagship store in Chelsea. The successful individual will be a highly motivated self-starter who prides themselves on their exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills.

 

The Role   

Our flagship store is the heart of the brand; it's where we get to meet and interact with our clientele on a personal basis, offering a first-class experience to all who walk through our doors. 

 

On a daily basis, main responsibilities will include:

-  Contributing to sales performance to consistently achieve retail budgets and ensure store profitability.

- Offering exceptional client service and a luxury in-store experience 

- Acting as a true brand ambassador, holding a high level of personal standards

- Demonstrating warmth and patience in all dealings with our customers, always displaying a ‘can-do’ attitude

- Proactively familiarising yourself with merchandise to enhance product knowledge

- Carrying out regular stock replenishment and organisation of product & data in partnership with Head Office

- Overseeing the company WhatsApp account and ensuring clear and concise communication with clients at all times

- Demonstrate active listening skills to discover more about the client and to develop loyalty and long-lasting relations

- Accurate CRM capture and recording of client data
