The Team
The Calvin Klein e-commerce department is responsible for the O&O calvinklein.com e-commerce sites across 32 European markets. As one of the fastest growing channels within the company, it is a fast-paced environment with big ambitions for the coming years.

The Content team is part of the wider e-commerce department, and is responsible for all marketing campaigns on the website and oversees the entire content lifecycle including running analysis on our content. The team is split up into two sub-team. We have a team who's responsible for the briefing and shooting. And we have a team who's responsible for the operational side. You will be part of the sub-team that takes care of the build and deployment of the content, and ensure that our content is best-in-class.

The Position
We are looking for a tech savvy Content CMS Coordinator, who is interested in the fast paced e-commerce world and the technical side of managing an e-commerce platform, to join our Calvin Klein Content team.

The Content CMS Coordinator is end responsible for building and managing the content on our website. You will be mainly working on building campaign content designed by our creative team and ensuring on-time and top quality delivery of the content. Next to that you will also take care of occasional content changes requested by other teams / departments.

When you start in this role you will receive an intensive training to learn all the ins and outs of our CMS system. You will be working closely together with the Junior Content CMS Specialist on the executional side and provide support on the day-to-day tasks like giving advise on the CMS capabilities as considerations in creative briefs and QA'ing (Quality Assurance).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the build, translation and deployment of content within the CMS.
  • Performing QA (Quality Assurance) checks to ensure that the right content is live on the website.
  • Ensuring all new campaigns are examples of best-in-class content.
  • Keep track of delivery assets to ensure on-time go-live with the content.
  • Supporting the Junior Content CMS Specialist with executing the day-to-day CMS duties.
  • Analyzing market behaviours in terms of sales and content engagement, in order to best advise on what content will work where.
  • Advising on Content briefs in terms of CMS considerations, timelines and feasibility with templates.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years' e-commerce or marketing experience
  • Bacherlor's or Master's degree
  • Digital minded
  • Analytical
  • Able to perform and deal with ad-hoc situations
  • Experience working with CMS (preferably enterprise level) or other complex information systems
  • Bonus: Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics experience
  • Well organized and got an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication- and stakeholder management skills
  • Affinity with technology and e-commerce
  • Great team player
