POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for 3 brands marketing activities planning & execution, and streamline consumer experience with O2O solutions to driving profitable business growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Work closely with marketing senior manager to develop annual strategy/retail marketing planning, implementation and follow up of channel marketing programs and specific projects;
  • Realize the connection between online& offline and optimize consumer experience, and support insight based channel strategy for driving traffic and sales;
  • Ensure rigid project management of activation program, drive execution from plan to store and coordinate different function's communications in an integrated manners;
  • Helping strategize, develop and produce all marketing toolkits (e.g. GWP, training tool etc.) for retail and online, ensuring all elements are leveraged local business units;
  • Coordinate marketing and sales departments for daily retails works, has good communications with each store and landlord, work out promotion calendar, strictly follow up plans and provide necessary evaluations.
  • Managing all content refresh for in-store digital signage.


INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: regional & local marketing associations, sales.

External: Landlords, GWP venders, event agencies.

KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Strong sense and connection of market trend, especially on online to offline activation & POP-UP event
  • Ability to develop O2O strategies and planning to catch sales leads and drive conversions
  • Detail-oriented, patient and the ability to work under pressure
  • Communication and collaboration skills


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • At least 5-8 years marketing working experience in retail brands or agency side, fashion industry is preferred


Skills:
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Have tenacity and be willing to travel
  • Strong collaboration skills


Education: Bachelor's degree, with retail/Omni-channel marketing background
