CRM Analytics Manager will analyze client data and client omnichannel journeys to drive and inform client development strategies and tactics in Korea. He/ She will use our client database, Salesforce, and relevant analytics tools, and will collaborate with Global Team and the CRM Analytics community globally.

The role will require leading as an individual contributor in all reporting and analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to enable sales professionals to proactively build strong relationships with their clients and enhance their Tiffany experience. In addition, the role will be accountable for supporting development, implementation, and maintenance of omnichannel capabilities.
