The Zalando Lounge Paid Social team is looking for a competent and motivated Marketing Manager to support us in our group mission to become the starting point of fashion. As a Marketing Manager, you will support this initiative through service delivery, execution and campaign optimisation of Meta & other key digital partners.

  • Day-to-day campaign & budget management to inform performance optimisation & experimentation goals
  • Support the project scoping and implementation of our performance marketing strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & other key digital partners.
  • Define, test, and roll out optimization and automation strategies across app and web campaigns for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & other key digital partners.
  • Design and implement incremental measurement, bidding & creative tests to prove the value of paid social advertising.
  • Work with the product managers, engineers and data scientists to design and automate processes that enable data-driven decisions at scale
  • Craft best in class campaigns with our design and analytic teams, developing the Zalando Lounge personality through ad personalisation & audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Brand marketing and other marketing channels to maximize cross-channel marketing impact and support growth targets.
  • You have hands-on experience with highly automated performance marketing, ideally managing large budgets and experience working with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat & Tiktok. Experience working with third parties and automation tools is a plus.
  • You have excellent understanding of levers and main KPIs of performance marketing (across web & app) within all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • You have the ability to assess performance, define strategy and prioritize tactics to drive growth and profit.
  • You have highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker etc... SQL is a plus.
  • You have experience running a/b tests, lift studies, and basic knowledge of statistics.
  • You have experience working on storyboards and creative concepts with marketing designers
  • You are structured and independent in your way of working, you deliver great results with your hands-on mentality
  • You have a innovative and curious mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • You have good prioritization and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects. Appetite for collaboration and eagerness to learn
