Position/Title: Digital Product Manager (Consumer facing)

The China Digital Product Manager (consumer facing) delivers the end to end customer experience and capabilities on digital channels for all Tapestry brands, which may include brand sites, WeChat mini-programs, in support of the development and realization of the company's holistic digital strategy and objectives.

S/he will be responsible for working with stakeholders and partners to deliver the right products to support the company's commercial and experiential objectives within China's distinct digital ecosystem. S/he will have deep expertise in developing insights and data led hypotheses, develop and iterate solutions through best practices, design thinking and lean experimentation.

The key objective is to continuously deliver higher conversion rate by optimizing digital channel experiences for end customers, build new capabilities to support eCom growth, and create reusable components to be leveraged across brands.

Key China market responsibilities will include the following:
  • Develop China enterprise digital capabilities related to consumer facing Product Management and User Experience
  • Support achievement of commercial targets and results - working closely with brand partners
  • Deliver an evolving, best in class, end to end customer experience on digital channels in China, including brand sites, WeChat mini-programs, Tmall and others
    • Work with brand eCom team and IT team to prioritize detailed requirements and drive implementation of the product roadmap on different channels for all brands.
    • partner closely with both our China market brand digital teams along with Tapestry's global, enterprise digital product management teams
    • Leverage A/B testing tools to drive conversion optimizations
    • Create reusable product components to support all brands adaptation and maximize implementation efficiency
  • Adopt global standards and capabilities
    • Leverage global capabilities and standards wherever possible
    • Leverage/adopt global product management standards - including global demand management processes

The accomplished individual will possess...
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of digital experience preferable in a retail environment
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong product management experience in delivering a product end to end
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts.
  • Experience working in scrum/agile management methodologies a plus
  • Experience with user research, AB testing, and other techniques to validate and inspire ideas a plus
  • Collaborative and a passion for digital products - not just the way they work but how they feel to the end user
  • Have a point of view and be an active listener
  • Strong understanding of China digital platforms and technologies
