Job Title: Sr. AnalystVendor Compliance

Location: Hybrid

Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Vendor Compliance, this position will partner with other businesses and legal departments to define and set new corporate guidance to support the vendor risk management program strategy, policy, and standards.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Vendor Compliance to

  • Partner with internal business teams to ensure processes are aligned and documented
  • Lead and communicate with internal/external partners to ensure project needs are being met.
  • Ensure Service providers comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of the global vendor compliance program
  • Research & obtain vendor data for suppliers, managing required documentation
  • Obtain & manage regulatory documentation for all vendors
  • Continuous implementation of vendor data updates utilizing various system platforms
  • Identify and define new data process improvement opportunities.
  • Overview projects to ensure the proposed implemented subject matter is aligned with all internal business owners
  • Assist with capturing data and mapping processes for future projects
  • Knowledge of supply chain security (C-TPAT program)
  • Assist with C-TPAT processes/procedures with both internal & external partners
  • Maintain close liaison with internal team members to develop and maintain Supply chain security measures
  • Continuously review data and maintain platform for vendor-based info and updates as needed

  • 2-4 years experience in Supply Chain related field
  • Working knowledge ofS4 Hana

An outstanding professional will have...

  • Licensed Customs Broker (or desire to obtain license) preferred
  • Experience completing internal audits preferred
  • MS Office proficiency, especially with excel and Teams
