Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator provides operational support for all Tiffany stores across Canada. They coordinate the communication and in-market implementation of global and regional directives by partnering with store management operations teams and the functional group. The position is based at the Toronto Office with frequent and regular travel required across Canada.

This is a three-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Operational Support
  • Support administrative duties, review and voucher Canada invoices
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and external vendors
  • Partner with Market Operations Manager to address questions on policy and procedures
  • Point of contact with retail operations professionals to provide guidance and on-site store support as needed
  • Update policies and procedures and ensure they are effectively communicated
  • Escalate IT and facilities issues and follow up with regional support for timely resolution
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, providing the Tiffany Touch during every interaction
  • Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and services

Requirements
  • Three years of experience in retail operations, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Experience with merchandising, client services, administration, and shipping
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
  • Strong analytical skills, Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to travel within Canada for regular store visits
  • Ability to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
  • Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based
