Pay Range: $114,400 - $154,550
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. POSITION SUMMARY: Manage and direct finished goods purchasing, controlling and managing inventories or core product to maximize efficiencies while minimizing investment with the ultimate goal of increasing the division's profitability and speed to market. This position has 2 Production Planners as direct reports.

Responsible for communicating netted demand need to supply chain planning and working with the team to ensure timely inventory delivery.

Ensure execution of business objectives and goals by establishing best practices and action plans for challenges and opportunities as they occur.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Inventory Management - establish appropriate inventory turn for each product, aligned with business demand.
  • Ensure all divisional and departmental goals & objectives are clearly communicated, understood and executed.
  • Analyze business/demand projections vs inventory positions with considerations to needed safety stock levels to determine supply demand (replenishment, via RAs & ATS Reports).
  • Responsible to maintain desired shelf stock levels in an optimal size scale based information from demand planning and sales team, shipment history and current inventory levels.
  • Responsible to ensure product availability in a timely manner based on customer demand and financial budgets.
  • Work with production planning and HUB teams to establish optimal production efficiency at factories.
  • Responsible to work with demand planning team to ensure receipt of updated information and strategize for best practice to support replenishment business.
  • Attend month ship spread meeting. Manage monthly inventory flows for core/replenishment product and speak to resulting inventory positions and weeks of supply.
  • Responsible to provide demand projections to supply chain planning team that are aligned with what is needed to support aggregate capacity forecast.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 8+ years Wholesale/Inventory/ Production Management work experience.
  • JDA systems experience
  • Prior experience in demand and/ or supply planning (this role will oversee planning and potentially plan as needed for a small portion of the business)


Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
