Now we are actively looking for an IT Intern who is looking for a professional knowledge and a career in the retail industry, supports IT operational processes for our brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

The Position & Responsibilities;

• Ticket Management
• End User/VIP/Remote Support
• Incident, Problem, Performance, Capacity and Change Management
• PC/laptop hardware Asset, Software, App. installations/Fix/Troubleshooting
• IDM/Access Management
• IT process documentation
• L1 Network Troubleshooting
• Office Infra Support including imaging, cabling, Internet, printer, wi-fi, TP, MR and TRS
• On/off boarding store support

Ideal Candidate:

• Preferably 3rd or 4th year university student or new graduate IT related departments
• Able to do long-term internship at least 3 full days a week
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Ambitious, self-motivated, high energy and likes to have fun
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Aiming at self-improvement and eager to learn
• Prone to teamwork, analytical thinking, pro-activity and result oriented
• Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
