To complete ourGlobal Social Media & Influencer Team we are looking for a Tik Tok Senior Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement on TikTok. Manage campaign roll-out and storytelling on TikTok, taking into account objective and audience for each project, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content
  • Oversee the annual planning, working closely with the social media managers, community managers and Influencer marketing managers
  • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team, to create and implement social first campaigns with key trending creators on the platform. Coordinate the Tik Tok creators strategy, from fashion industry benchmarking on best practices to casting, content production briefing and reporting, liasing with external partner agencies and internal influencer marketing team on major KPIs
  • Drive innovation, bring forward new initiatives and ideas, explore and develop strategies to engage customers via TikTok to drive awareness, conversation and community increase
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with a wide variety of internal stakeholders such as Global Paid Media & Digital Innovation, Global Art Direction, Global Licenses, Brand Communications, E-Com, Sports & Collaborations and liaise externally with agencies
  • In particular, cooperate closely with Global Digital Paid Media to identify paid opportunities maximizing campaign efficiency for a best in class organic Vs paid channel strategy
  • Oversee and create all reporting and social analytics to ensure all strategies and tactics are tracking against goals and KPIs
  • Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within partnerships, emerging platforms, and product betas


Your profile:

  • University degree, bachelor or master level
  • 5+ years experience in social media marketing for a global company or equivalent industry experience
  • High level of knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly TikTok also within social media (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Snapchat), with a proven track record of executing impactful global socially-led activations on TikTok and operating withing a complex market set-up
  • Very good knowledge of the Tik Tok creators world, specifically in the fashion industry
  • An understanding of major Asian social networks is a plus - WeChat, Weibo, LINE, Douyin, LRB, Kakao
  • Experience with social metrics, social listening, web analytics tools and data driven insights
  • A passion for innovative digital marketing, new technology and disruptive storytelling is key
  • Very solid project management skills required
  • English, full professional proficiency
