YOUR TASKS

  • Respond to customer inquiries through several channels (Email and Telephone)

  • Delivering World Class, Luxury Customer Service to Aeyde clients

  • Taking ownership of each customer journey, resolving cases through accurate, appropriate and personalized solutions that enhance brand loyalty

  • Using your empathy and intuition to anticipate and understand customers' needs, persevering to resolve service or product related issues with specialist, after-sales knowledge

  • Streamlining and optimizing customer service & operations processes for D2C / Ecommerce

  • Providing in-depth customer service reporting from Gorgias

  • Providing information with regards to products and services and other related inquiries

  • Helping the supply chain management team to support them in their day-to-day and be flexible on taking on new challenges

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1+ years experience in an equivalent role in the area of Customer Service for Luxury fashion brands

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)

  • Excellent organization and project management skills

  • You have good conflict resolution skills and are able to exceed customer expectations

  • Exceptional telephone manner and a good listener

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Flexible and hands-on mentality, ability to multitask

  • Start-up mindset with a can-do attitude
