This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Saloni London office as an Ecommerce Trading Manager. This is an exciting time to join and support the growth of our ecommerce platform.

The role has analytical and commercial aspects, and it involves working alongside major stakeholders in the business including the CEO and Creative Director.


As the Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Lead Ecommerce Trading function by guiding a team of one e-commerce coordinator and one e-commerce assistant to work on maintaining a beautiful on-brand e-shop at all times.
  • Merchandise the collections on the website as they come through to meet our customers wants and needs and tell the collections stories.
  • Build and drive the CRM strategy to foster customer retention including managing our EDM channel. Manage and nurture the existing customer base.
  • Responsible for delivering through the team an outstanding customer service and ensuring ecommerce operations are maintained at a high level – always looking for ways to improve or streamline if needed.
  • Manage, plan, and deliver a marketing & promotions calendar in line with key dates and collection launches to be rolled out across all channels and the website.
  • Work closely with our graphic designer to ensure image content on the website is regularly updated and refreshed in line with our trading and marketing calendar.
  • Responsible for weekly and quarterly reporting on key KPIs delivering actionable insights to improve trading.
  • Work with our external development partners to initiative improvements, optimizations, and problem fixes for the website. Create and manage the pipeline of outstanding tech projects with them. Work closely with warehouse team to support the smooth operations of Ecommerce shipments.


The ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role in a Womenswear Luxury Brand.
  • Key understanding of web analytics; tools, key learns and utilisation of reporting to propose improvements
  • Proven track record of a focus on customer experience enhancements and an ongoing desire to improve online customer journey
  • Worked in a rapidly changing environment and are used to collaborating across teams
  • A commercial mindset and a ‘’getting the job done’’ attitude Strong communication and a passion for motivating and developing a team
