About the Role

In this role, you will support the Digital & Direct Marketing organization for a large, multi-brand retailer in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be responsible for assisting with Digital Marketing & Direct Marketing Forecast and Close, including facilitating and tracking payments, working with vendors, and ad hoc analysis for the brands.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in preparation of Forecast and Close for Digital Marketing, Email and SMS
  • Deliver accurate financial results, including analysis of key expenses during the forecast and close processes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports to reconcile GL and AP activity
  • Manage and track Purchase Orders and Invoices, maintaining detailed records of invoices and payment status
  • Reconcile Invoices against expected spend, working with external vendors and internal business partners to resolve discrepancies
  • Identify and research discrepancies to forecast and budget, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with Marketing partners on a solution
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross functional teams at all levels of the organization


Who You Are

  • High level of individual accountability and the ability to influence others while maintaining key relationships in the business
  • High level of emotional intelligence and be able to work under strict deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally and across Brands
  • Understanding of general ledgers, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and the entire financial close process
  • Savvy in entire MS Office Suite; strong Excel skills are needed to manage large amounts of data
  • Anticipate operational/program issues and develops preventative measures

Salary Range: $83,000 - $110,100 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
