JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Overview: This role is to work with the hiring managers in the identification, exploration and implementation of suitable resourcing channels, processes and assessment for the mass frontline recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to offer stage and beyond
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and understand selection criteria to source for right talents
  • Utilizes appropriate direct sourcing channels (e.g. internet job boards, social media) to target and attract candidates
  • Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria,and hiring budgets
  • Evaluate the application and effectiveness of recruitment
  • Initiate and advise new ideas on building talent pool and enhancing good candidate experience
  • Work closely with recruitment agencies to deliver recruitment strategies
  • Evaluate the application and effectiveness of recruitment channel
  • Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request
  • Keep abreast of the labor market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness to candidates
  • Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/ and HR projects as assigned
  • Provide all-around support to Talent Acquisition activities including job advertisement, CV screening, coordination and scheduling of interviews (telephone / in-person / video conference) as well as manage the ground logistics for candidates

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related areas
  • 2 years HR experience, with 1+ year in recruitment
  • Well versed in employment ordinance
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and well organized
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availableishighlypreferred
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Human Resources Officer
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Bachelor degree above, preferably in Human Resources Management
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience gained in sizeable organization with proven experience in mass recruitment, experience in luxury retail frontline recruitment is preferable
  • Ability to understand the business and its drivers for success
  • Detailed-minded, multi-tasked, independent and well-organized, able to integrate in a work culture of speed and agility
  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
