Position Overview
The Assistant, Virtual Client Development will be responsible for assisting in key areas to drive client acquisition, retention, and reactivation through: creation and management of content to drive sales behaviors in virtual selling and clienteling, pulling and preparing weekly reports, publishing key deliverables and communication to store teams, and contributing to the development of the Virtual Client Advisor program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Assist with key deliverables and content creation to drive the success and growth of the Virtual Client Advisor program as measured by topline sales, client retention, client reactivation, cross-sell, and SPH
* Assist with key actions to drive Notify Me program growth as measured by customer acquisition, topline sales, conversion, and close rates
* Track lapsed & beyond lapsed client activation strategy execution through reporting and regular touchpoints with key partners
* Contribute to the maintenance and ongoing publication of key clienteling tools including the Outreach 360, Outreach Calendar, CIX Lists, Guide's To
* Convert & Upload Digital Assets to make available to store selling teams to support outreach
* Contribute to the creation, and posting, of outreach templates to drive outreach sales
* Liaise between cross functional partners and the Client Development team to ensure that requests are actioned on time
* Ensure that Yoobic, Workday, Outreach 360 and other systems are maintained to properly reflect calendarized course offerings to drive fluency on key virtual selling & clienteling curricula
* Ongoing organization and maintenance of Client Development content organization
* Run, analyze and publish weekly selling reports
* Assist in Publishing & Maintaining Yoobic Missions, Newsfeed Posts, and other communication
* Attend and participate in CD & VCA related meetings
* Support Client Development managers execute key actions and deliverables which drive clienteling and sales & service behaviors in stores

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated aptitude for technology
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
