Job description
Reporting directly to the Europe Retail & Projects Director, in close collaboration with the technical, accounting, administrative and HR departments, you will be responsible for deploying the company's commercial policy in the countries included in your scope. You will be responsible for the MCD (top line, margin, store costs), the quality of the customer experience and the respect of the brand and employer image.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all the sales outlets within your scope.

Profile
You have a 3 or 5 year degree in Sales and Marketing and ideally have 5 years experience as a Regional Manager or Multi-site Area Manager.
Passionate about fashion and retail, you are known for your entrepreneurial spirit, your interpersonal skills and your analytical mind.
Methodical and rigorous, you know how to be autonomous while enjoying teamwork.
You are recognized for your leadership skills and have demonstrated your ability to manage teams spread over several sales outlets during your previous experience.
You will be proactive in problem solving and decision making.
The position is based in London, with some travel required.

In particular, you will be in charge of the following missions:
Commercial strategy :
Business development:
- Implement and carry out, in its geographical sector, the commercial policy defined by or with the direction.
- Achieve the objectives of MCD (construction of commercial objectives, management of budgets for personnel costs, maintenance, travel expenses, alterations, cleaning, DI)
- Be a driving force in the objective of developing sales: Monitor results and KPIs by region and determine action plans for each region with the Regional Directors.
KPI's follow-up
- Monitor inventory variances, challenge Regional Managers on the implementation of action plans to reduce unknown markdowns in underperforming stores.
- Ensure that the Regional Managers follow the evolution of the customer file by guaranteeing the minimum requirements defined by the management.
- Ensure regular reporting and providing all clear and useful information to the hierarchy, according to the agreed terms (content and rhythm)
Customer experience:
- Develop, with his team of Regional Managers, a quality customer service reflecting the values of the company.
- Conduct regular visits to the stores to ensure that the guidelines sent by management are being properly implemented, and to ensure high standards within his stores.
New Location Openings:
- Follow up on the opening of a new store (recruitment, integration, merchandising and planning).
Team Management:
- Management of multiple Regional Directors.
- Recruit Regional Managers in partnership with the HR team.
- Ensure the proper integration of employees, especially newly hired Store Managers, in collaboration with the Regional Managers.
- Set objectives for Regional Managers through individual development plans and support employees in their development.
- Identify succession plans and training needs for its regions and outlets.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures (application of labor laws, maintenance of personnel records, safety measures, etc.) and administrative procedures.
- Follow-up on disciplinary matters
Profile
