This summer, we are offering a 10-week compensated internship for MBA candidates who have completed the first year of their two-year program. Our MBA RL Inspire Internship program is focused on three areas: immersion into Ralph Lauren company & culture, building your network and sharpening your functional skills. With this uncompromising spirit of innovation, we always endeavor to dream big when it comes to our designs and the ways we bring the World of Ralph Lauren to life, from product innovation, accelerating and scaling sustainability, breaking barriers within the digital fashion landscape with collaborations with Bitmoji, Zepeto and Roblox

Position Overview
Our RL Inspire Internship program will provide you with an opportunity to work on strategic and complex assignments alongside our teams that will help enhance your competencies and skills in a fast-paced, dynamic, international corporate environment. PROGRAM OVERVIEW Our internship runs Monday, June 5th through Friday, August 11th. MBA interns will have exposure to the following areas:
• Direct to Consumer
• Digital
• Finance
• Global Strategy & Business Development
• Global Marketing and Strategy
• Product Innovation
• Sustainability
• Supply Chain

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As an RL Inspire MBA intern, you can expect:
• Hybrid work arrangement, requiring in office working day (1-3) days a week in our NY/NJ corporate offices.
• Ownership of a cross functional, strategic end to end project with your fellow MBA interns that is top of mind to our Global leadership team and aligned to our strategic business priorities. A group presentation to our Executive Leadership team at the completion of their internship on this strategic project.
• An assigned senior leader who will act as both intern sponsor and mentor for the length of the summer
• Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company and senior leadership
• Leadership development and mentoring opportunities with seasoned executives
• To make a difference as a volunteer as part of the Ralph Lauren Gives Back Program
• A day trip to our Distribution center in NC, the hub of our supply chain team
• A housing stipend

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Essential skills
• Demonstrated interest in the retail industry and a passion for the Ralph Lauren brand
• An interest in identifying business opportunities based on data and the competitive space with strong business writing skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Keynote
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to formally present to and work with stakeholders across different functions, colleagues at all levels, and with partners
• Ability to drive results against aggressive timelines, managing multiple priorities and executing flawlessly
• A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to switch gears as required
• Champion of Diversity & Psychological Safety
• Curious, desire to learn, innovative, forward thinking Desired Skills for specific MBA intern roles Finance roles - An ideal candidate would possess the ability to evaluate and prioritize enterprise technology efforts for their value delivery and strong financial acumen Sustainability roles - An ideal candidate would possess an educational or work background in Industrial Engineering, Sustainability or Supply Chain. Digital and Marketing roles - An ideal candidate would be:
• A digital native of existing and emerging social platforms and forward looking about the role of social in culture. Understand the balance of art & science and magic & logic.
• Adept at speaking with both CIX and Agency.
• Adept at diving into analytical details as well as applying the derived key insights to creative outcomes
• A growing marketer with experience building content marketing & campaign strategies for brands, products or services
• A creative thinker who can collaborate with product management and external partner teams using design thinking skills to help develop compelling digital experiences.
