Prada High Jewelry Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Prada Jewelry Project Manager will be part of a creative and international work environment and will collaborate directly with the Design Studio and Industrial Team to follow the collection development and will have a 360 degrees product-coordination role to prepare impactful High Jewelry presentations and events globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Collection development partnering with Designer and Industrial Teams

•       Define timelines of key projects and ensure the follow-up of business activities and action plans as defined by the Prada jewelry Director

•       Ensure timely and effective projects roll-out and draw up, when required, documents and reports on projects progress, facilitating cross-functional communication

•       Effectively interact with key stakeholders to make sure key business deadlines are met

•       Support the Prada Jewelry Director in any other key project and ad-hoc assignment

•       Collaboration with Communication Team to support Press activities, pictures, editorial contents

•       Partnering with Event Team, Visual Merchandising and Training department working on Collection Presentation Events

•       Strong relation with CRM team to support private sales appointments and client relations

•       Special Order management

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

•       Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related disciplines

•       Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role or in Fine or High Jewelry industry or with a major consulting firm

•       Proficiency with Excel and Power Point

•       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude

•       High Jewelry product knowledge and sensitivity

•       Strong project management skills and multi-tasking approach

•       Excellent relational and communication skills enable coordination of multiple stakeholders

•       Creative spirit, problem solving and "can-do" attitude

•       Dynamic & positive personality and flexibility to travel

•       Proficient in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
