Role Overview
The Product Development & Production Associate is responsible for supporting the Director of Product Development & Production from the start of the development process through to final stage logistics in bulk Production. Focusing on raw material development, tech pack communications, and document/ERP maintenance as well as vendor communications.

What You’ll Do
- Track & Organize all stages of raw material process: outreach, lab dips, final orders
- Attend fittings, take fit notes, save photos & organize digital library for seamless record keeping
- Build and maintain BOM’s & keep tech packs up to date
- Place any trim, packaging or necessary orders, with approval from Director
- Assist in Care Label & QR code creation & activation with Operations partners
- Track sample & production timelines to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist team members in logistics outreach, wholesale shipments, and deliveries
- Create initial style input for digital ERP set up & manage maintenance with Operations partners
- Set up & maintain any departmental documents for budget & timeline tracking
- Maintain daily communications with manufacturing partners, looping in Director as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 2-3 years of relative Industry experience, ideally with European manufacturers
- Tech pack & BOM experience
- Basic garment construction & Fabric knowledge
- Well organized, self-driven, excellent communication skills and adaptive to fast pace work environment
- Proficient with Apple, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, ERP/PLM experience
- Speaks and/or understands Italian a plus

Compensation
This is a NY-based, full-time, salaried position with benefits including maternity leave, generous vacation policy and healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision). The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000.
