Job Details
This is a very attractive role for an experienced professional with outstanding organisation, communication and analytical skills and who is passionate about fashion and seeking to join a fast growing and international team.
The successful candidate will be assisting and supporting the CEO on a wide variety of projects across the business at a time the company is developing and growing
Role and Responsibilities:
1. CEO Assistant
- Assist the CEO on all matters relating to the organisation of the company operations
- Support the CEO in the management of the Company’s workflows by creating critical paths and maintaining project lists
- Represent the first point of contact for discussions with the CEO, filtering and prioritising enquiries and tasks
- Project manage ad hoc projects
- CEO diary and travel planning
2. Showroom Management
- Overall responsibility for the showroom day-to-day operations
- Creating the rota and managing the showroom assistants’ work schedules
- Ensuring all showroom assistants are working in-line with company policies
- Being a point of contact for the showroom team
- Ability to assist customer enquiries, when required
- General admin of showroom resources
3. Office & Facilities Management
- Being a keyholder for the office & showroom.
- Making sure that the office and company’s buildings are all maintained at the highest standard
- Coordinating with contractors:
- IT solutions
- building maintenance
- Legal services
- Responsibility for office and showroom facilities purchases
Skills and Requirements:
- 3 years or more experience in a relevant Executive Administrative position, ideally in a fashion business
- Highly dynamic and organised individual with a passion for the fashion industry
- Well organised and effective person with good time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English.
- Ability to condense and summarise key information
- Fluency in additional European languages is an advantage.
- A self-starter and motivated person, who can demonstrate initiative and able to work independently Strong knowledge of MS Office package
