An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing and PR to join a luxury womens and menswear brand. This key role is responsible for the implementation of brand marketing strategies through the development and delivery of the annual marketing plan. 

Main Responsibilities include: 

  • To successfully lead and manage the brief, concept and delivery of all brand marketing campaigns for both new and existing customers
  • To generate increased awareness of the brand and traffic in all channels
  • To proactively lead, manage and develop the Marketing Team
  • Ensure full functional synchronization with the overall company strategy - markets, products and messages
  • Proposing, planning and designing 4 to 5 marketing campaigns annually
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the luxury/premium market
  • Research luxury/premium customer data to provide clear customer insight
  • Branding - ensuring consistency in how brand devices are used, and what the brand looks like for each campaign, responsibility for the brief, concept and content development (working together with and taking direction from Creative Director as required)
  • Asset development and delivery, and ensuring coordination with other functions (Commercial, Design, PR)
  • Implement and oversee the execution of global marketing campaigns via all media channels
  • Develop and manage advertising, agency and media partnerships (PPC and SEO knowledge is required)
  • Managing and working effectively with external partners and agencies as and when required
  • Define brand KPI's for each marketing program, monitors and assesses them (ROI, brand awareness, brand tracking)
  • Develop individual country or regional marketing plans
  • Implementation of all marketing-related digital marketing & SOM working along with an external social media team
  • Work with design team on any product lead programs
  • Internal communication of key marketing initiatives and build both new consumers and increased loyalty with existing customers
  • Manage relationship with external PR 
  • Develop and deliver ever-more effective trade marketing support
  • Create and manage the communications schedule for the Marketing team
  • Budget management and accountability
  • Directly responsible for the P&L of the marketing budget

Person Specification:

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in global marketing
  • Proven track record for success at Regional and International level
  • Excellent communication skills (especially written)
  • Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic agility
  • Ability to lead, develop and grow a business
  • Knowledge of Office Suite skills (Query tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, PPC and SEO
