This is an exciting opportunity to join the E-Commerce team and manage our acquisition and retention channels in order to drive incremental revenue growth via Frescobolcarioca.com. A highly talented individual, tuned into the latest movements in digital marketing, this role will lead on the planning and implementation of the global digital, paid social, paid search, display, programmatic and affiliate marketing strategies.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth, this role will also work cross-functionally to improve the CRM function to ultimately elevate our retention programmes, prospect communication and lifecycle campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Marketing

  • Develop innovative digital acquisition strategies to drive significant customer acquisition and retention growth through owned and paid channels

  • Management of global PPC, paid social and affiliate activities for the brand at a global level to ensure optimal performance of both conversion and prospecting campaigns

  • Plan, optimize and execute digital media campaigns, alongside our digital agency, to coincide with global marketing initiatives and local marketing needs

  • Brief required content to our in-house Creative Designer and ensure brand standards are met across all paid activities

  • Work closely with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure monthly revenue KPIs are being met

  • Manage the paid media budget to ensure our digital marketing spend is utilised in the best effective manner

    CRM

  • Create omnichannel lifecycle programmes (predominantly email) to improve our retention and lifetime value KPIs

  • Refine our approach over time – optimal timing and frequency, messaging, channel mix – through a robust test and learn approach

  • Work closely with all functions across the business to ensure we have an integrated approach to our end to end customer experience in order to drive loyalty and trust

  • Grow and enrich our database over time in order to drive continued revenue growth through our owned channels

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build out attribution models across campaigns and channels to understand effectiveness of omnichannel campaigns and spend optimisation

  • Reporting and analysis on all digital campaign activity to optimise the spend and drive additional ROI whilst ensuring low CPA

    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years digital marketing experience, client or agency side

  • Luxury or fashion experience preferable

  • Experience of hands-on campaign implementation and optimization is essential

  • Experience with channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and Display

  • Data analysis experienced preferred but not essential

  • Strong understanding of Email Service Providers (ESPs) and other CRM tools

  • Experience working with Paid Search Ad platforms and Google shopping feed optimisation

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A genuine interest in the retail space with a good understanding of the fashion landscape

  • Self-motivated, reliable, proactive and positive
