THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a (Mid Level) Digital Creative (all genders) at Zalando Studios, you will be working in our in-house advertising agency for all partner brands. And taking part in redefining storytelling in the digital and social age. This role ideally requires an art direction background. We are looking for a visual storyteller that has a truly digital, social and innovative perspective.

You will be responsible for creating concepts for 360° campaigns including video, stills, OOH and more, often with a strong Digital/Social Media focus. You are great in developing ideas that can be rolled out in cross-functional platforms. You understand the needs of our partner brands and Zalando's tonality and make them work together to create outstanding campaigns in alignment with the Senior Creatives.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
  • Execute briefings for inspirational, retail and brand campaigns on and off Zalando.
  • Create persuasive and compelling stories that entertain, inspire and engage with a specific focus on social media narratives.
  • Bring your native knowledge of the digital/social landscape and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Work both independently but also closely with our creative team which consists of writers, designers and art directors, in order to bring your idea to life.
  • Have a strong, clear visual understanding of ideation and execution. Be an innovator in visual research and have an expert eye for digital and social trends.
  • Natural ability for creating campaigns within the fashion environment, according to your given budget.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
  • Maybe you have a degree in Advertising, Journalism, Fashion or similar but we value experience just as much. Ideally you have 3+ years of experience in a social media or digital agency, a fashion magazine or a relevant creative field.
  • Talent for developing exciting and engaging creative concepts that have a digital/social first perspective, including a strong visual creative framework.
  • Strong interest in fashion, communication, design, tech and contemporary digital culture (metaverse, AR). You bring insider digital knowledgeand a solid future-forward outlook.
  • A natural doer! Your work showcases your quick thinking and proactive attitude, managing your workload to tight deadlines and with flexible planning in a calm way.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-changing, international environment. You are a dedicated team player, open, positive, flexible and professional.
