MTM Capability and Community Specialist

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE
To create Zegna MTM contents and dissemination of MTM training programs in order to develop Zegna Made To Measure business, in terms of image and future business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production of seasonal/continuative MTM materials for training and sales purpose
• Coordinate MTM specific training and support (G)Local Academies
• Liaise with other training functions (Regional MTM/Capability Managers and Retail Training) to share practices and materials/communication tools
• Support MTM specific engagement and community initiatives
• Manage a MTM community platform and communication network
• Support communication of global retention programs and contests

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• University Degree
• Good knowledge of Adobe Package and MS Office application (particularly Power-point)
• Luxury sensibility
• Video making skill
• At least 1/2 years of experience in content creation roles
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Fluent use of English language
