About the team

As part of the Global HR team, you will play a key role in the full talent acquisition process and in working with our employer brand. The team consists of HR Business Partners, as well as specialists within Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Facilities. Together with the HRBPs, you report to the Global Head of People Experience. Our Global HR team together works towards the vision of becoming employer of choice within our industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Cover the full talent acquisition process from attracting to onboarding (incl. advertising, research, screening, selection, interviewing, calling references etc.).
  • Responsible for our Applicant Tracking Software (ATS - Teamtailor) incl. candidate management and the GANT career site
  • Support in developing and implementing global TA processes and projects
  • Develop our presence on social networks and our sourcing approach on each channel
  • Train recruiting managers on recruitment and employer branding
  • Campus management
  • Support in running the GANT Internship Program och Induction Days
  • Stay updated on best practice and latest trends within recruitment methods and theory, as well as employer branding

Your skills

  • 3 years of previous talent acquisition experience, preferably from TA roles or different HR specialist roles, e.g. employer branding, recruitment
  • Past experience from project management
  • Strong planning, communicational and organizational skills
  • Result driven with a good business understanding
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Identify with and live the GANT values; Curiosity, Courage, Creativity and Community
  • University degree or equivalent within relevant field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • Previous international experience is an advantage
