Overview

Role: Communications Temp Staff Role

Reports into Communications Executive

Start: 3rd January 2023

End: 21st February 2023

Commitment: 38 days

Workload: Full time (5 days a week) + LFW February 17th – 21st 2023.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Communications team on LFW Accreditation for press, buyers and photographers
  • Support with the planning and outreach for emailers and chasers leading up to LFW February 2023
  • Support the Communications team on producing the Accreditation lists for press, buyers and photographers
  • Support the Communications team on accreditation for international press & buyers attending on the Guest Programme
  • Support with CRM database updates & research
  • Support on compiling LFW Briefing Packs and supporting documentation
  • Support on guest list management for events; invitation send outs and collating RSVPs
  • Support with daily coverage reporting during LFW February 2023 Event
  • Support Front of house at the Press and Buyers Hub during LFW February 2023, greeting and checking guests and dealing with queries

The BFC has published the Designer Fact-File, an online handbook for designers, and the first ever in-depth statistic-based reports on the fashion industry, The Value of Fashion & The Future of Fashion (2012)
