We're now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a maternity cover contract, from January to September 2023.

In this role, you will partner with the Retail teams in UK to track, attract and select talent to support the on-going hiring needs, managing the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.


  • Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
  • Adhere to the resourcing processes to ensure consistency of approach.
  • Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers.
  • Effectively source and match candidates to positions.
  • Ensuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATS
  • Ensure all roles are advertised in the most appropriate way to attract candidates.
  • Utilization of sourcing tools - Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
  • Develop a talent pool of candidates
  • Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited.
  • Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events.
  • Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates.
  • Ensure all roles are advertised in the most appropriate way to attract candidates.
  • End to end recruitment of adhoc roles assigned by the Resourcing Managers.


  • Previous experience recruiting for retail roles, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload to meet the needs of the business.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be a flexible team player with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Adaptable- used to working in a busy team environment.
