Tomorrow is a fast-growing fashion Group supplies top-fashion brands across the globe., with HQ in London and offices in Paris, Milan and New York.
Shanghai Office is recently opened to lead the group business in APAC. We are looking for a number of talents to build our growing team, accomplishing showroom activities during market dates, support the clients day to day and starting direct retail activity.
Who we’re looking for
The role will support the sales team in everyday tasks such as order processing, line sheet uploads and customer management, showroom organization, connection with the sales teams in the HQ etc. The ideal candidate will be well organised, open to new challenges and able to action tasks quickly and accurately. We are looking for a proactive and flexible team player with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be joining a small and highly motivated team who pride themselves on providing valuable support to both the sales team and wider business.
The Role -
What you’ll be doing
Support accurate uploading of all new season product assets and brand information and transfer them to the sales team
Ensure the team is maintained accurately with up to date information and price lists
Coordinate with HQ a timely send out of Order Confirmations to clients
Support the sales team in the communication with the clients
Support the sales team in monitoring customers’ sales data to promote reorders and facilitate product swaps.
Proactively manage daily contact and updates with Sales and Customer Service teams as well as with clients and brands
Build good working relationships with our brands during seasonal sales campaigns
Support Sales team during market with ad-hoc admin tasks and product information updates
Liaise with HQ team regarding logistics inbound and outbound, local DCs stock management, freight and transportation
Assist with organising inbound deliveries from brands.
Support the organization of the local showrooms, including in and out collection deliveries
Keep the local team informed with creation and circulation of quantitative and qualitative reports (e.g. volumes, costs, KPIs)
Support the direct retail operations and logistics
What you need to succeed
- Fluent in English
Well organised
Solid competency in the use of Excel
Knowledge of Joor and NetSuite is a plus
Solution focussed - identifying the appropriate support where necessary
Confident to work unsupervised on occasions and remotely
Proactive - a self starter and agile – a fast learner
Excellent clear and concise communication skills - written and oral
Ability to take direction and prioritise tasks
