JOB PURPOSE

 

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team. The candidate would manage our relationships with European sales agents across all categories as well as Childrenswear in-house accounts working closely with the Regional Sales Director to deliver the sales strategy. This role is based in our London Head Office.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a head office wholesale management role
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of an internal computer system – ideally Zedonk
  • Stock management skills and strong understanding of sell through analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results
  • Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic
  • Ability to manage team members aiding their growth and development

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships with external European sales agents communicating all category information to ensure that they can sufficiently represent the brand
  • Execute road trips to visit agent showrooms and stores
  • Work with Regional Sales Director to build Agent strategy
  • Manage in-house Childrenswear accounts offering exceptional customer service
  • Work on distribution strategy for Childrenswear
  • Meet budgets as set by Regional Sales Director
  • Work with members of the current wholesale team to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Weekly sell-through analysis for major Childrenswear accounts
  • Provide in-depth reporting throughout market and the retail season
  • Complete agendas for Childrenswear accounts ahead of market
  • Analyse, confirm, and track the delivery of swaps and reorders
  • Participate in weekly payment call between wholesale, logistics and finance
  • Monitor deliveries and payments across designated territories and categories
