Wholesale Assistant

To support to the wholesale team in the day to day running of the of the department, both in and out of the selling season.

A successful Wholesale Assistant candidate will have proven experience in a similar head office position, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of internal computer systems – ideally Zedonk & Joor.
• Understanding of sell through analysis
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with stock - ideally within a fashion brand but not essential
• Excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results
• Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support wholesale team across RTW UK & Europe Independent & Tier 2 accounts and UK & Europe Major handbag and swimwear categories.
• Monitor online uploads to check product is available in a timely manner
• Bi-weekly store visits to UK department stores and participate in seasonal staff trainings.
• Work closely with wholesale team to schedule and assist in market appointments
• Order entry on Joor
• Updating and adding new account information to Joor and Zedonk
• Collect and input PO numbers ahead of the delivery window and help provide EAN codes to relevant accounts
• Support wholesale and shipping department to ensure that all orders are sent out with no delays
• Assist with re-orders and swaps
• Participate in weekly team meetings  
• Respond quickly and professionally to queries from all customers
