Position Overview:
The Global Digital Commerce Operations Specialist acts as the IT liaison for the Digital Content Operations team. This person focuses on managing and assisting in solving IT incidents and technical operational blocks. In addition, they help manage front-end operations for 21 websites for Tiffany.com. They help oversee .com brief publication for 360 brand campaigns, region-specific content, and site enhancements. This person works closely with UX, Product Management, Project Management, SEO, and Regional eCommerce teams. They report into the Manager - Global Digital Content Operations.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $65,450 - $88,550. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
The Global Digital Commerce Operations Specialist acts as the IT liaison for the Digital Content Operations team. This person focuses on managing and assisting in solving IT incidents and technical operational blocks. In addition, they help manage front-end operations for 21 websites for Tiffany.com. This person works closely with UX, Product Management, Project Management, SEO, and Regional eCommerce teams. They report into the Manager - Global Digital Content Operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the IT liaison, communicating daily with the IT and Product Management teams
- Track and communicate campaign launch dates, system blackouts and enhancement release dates
- Submit all IT incidents on behalf of the Content Operations team. Track progress and work with IT to find solutions for operational roadblocks
- Execute IT based work orders
- Keep track of site activities such as redirects, Adobe Target activities, regional variations etc.
- Have an in-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring capabilities to identify the most effective and efficient way to publish content
- Publish marketing site content, including brand campaigns, region-specific requests, shipping banners, SEO updates, campaign optimization and site enhancements
- Conduct thorough QA of site content to ensure a high-quality client experience across mobile and desktop
- Partner with Project Management to escalate any launch date concerns
- Identify potential process improvements to streamline daily activities
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in eCommerce or website operations
- Understanding of technical language and concepts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by a range of audiences
- Proactively bring forward and solve for areas of opportunity and influence stakeholder groups across the organization to establish new processes where needed
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system or another leading content management system is preferred
- Experience integrating systems is preferred
- Learns quickly and is eager to learn about multiple areas of site management
- Has an excitement and eagerness for problem-solving and troubleshooting
