SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear and loungewear.

We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for a Special Activations Project Manager to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

 

As a Special Activations Project Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of special retail projects which include pop up’s, shop in shops and store activations

Be accountable for execution within the defined project constraints

Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects

Must be able to work in a high-demand fast-paced project environment

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Develop detailed project plans/methods to monitor and track progress

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management

Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes while successfully managing the relationship with all stakeholders

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Monitor and report on budgeted project expenditures

Provide weekly reports on activities and project status

Efficiently manage multiple projects of varying sizes

Continuously improve project management practices based on lessons learned in the design and implementation processes

Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Collaborate with others in open and productive dialogues across cross functional teams’ initiatives

Recommend changes or policies to increase department effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Recognize and act on new opportunities while maintaining focus on the company goals

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED

Qualifications

5 + years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross team projects

Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

3 + years of experience in special projects relating to retail

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Quick learner with excellent written & verbal communication and analytical problem-solving skills

Solid organizational skills with attention to detail, context switching, and cope with deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
