Job Description

In 2020, Cash App launched “Cash by Cash App,” a fully custom line of apparel that’s designed in-house. We are looking for an organized and experienced person to join the Cash by Cash App team as our Apparel Program Manager. You will work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to build out timelines and keep schedules on track, and ensure quality standards and margin goals are met.

In this role, you will manage internal projects in Asana, and you will be the point person for ensuring timelines are fully built out and followed throughout the process, from collection concept through design, development, manufacturing, and go-to-market campaigns. You’ll be in charge of scheduling kick-off meetings, check-ins, and communicating cross-functionally. You’ll also be the point person for most of our vendors, and your day-to-day management of them includes onboarding, taking care of invoices, answering questions, and liaising between their team and ours.

At Cash App, and Cash by Cash App, our brand building efforts are creative, bold, and focus on getting the details right. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, with vast experience in the apparel and physical goods production realm, and should have an experienced understanding of how production works and anticipate the needs and questions of our manufacturing partners and vendors. The style of our clothing also needs understanding of art application on clothing, including screen printing techniques, embroidery, and other specialty techniques. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate, both internally and externally, what artwork requirements are for each technique and application.

You will:

Build out and oversee all timelines for each of our collection launches in Asana

• Oversee projects and ensure timelines are met across all processes, from ideation, to design, development, manufacturing, and go-to-market
• Build out marketing campaign launch timelines and work with our creative producer to ensure resourcing needs are met and asset requirements are communicated
• Schedule internal kick-offs, check-in meetings, and other milestone meetings across teams
• Provide frequent and actionable status updates to key stakeholders and work with cross-functional partners to remove any blocks on project deliverables 
• Manage day-to-day communications with vendors, answering their questions and anticipating their asks
• Manage vendor onboarding and invoice payments
• Maintain and update actual spend to budgeted spend across projects 
• Participate in merchandising and planning meetings to help roadmap timelines
• Meet with vendors and assist in sourcing new ones
• Be part of a collaborative team and work closely with multiple teammates

You have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in multi-disciplined production management, project management, apparel development, manufacturing, marketing, or other relevant fields
• Shown ability to multi-task and run multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
• An optimistic approach to project planning and bring solutions to problems
• Ability to speak/write in Korean a plus, but not required
• Works well with others in a collaborative environment
• Shown ability to rally internal and external partners on projects
• The ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
• Hustle and determination
• BA/BS degree required
