Position Overview:

The Digital Commerce Operations Specialist manages all front-end operations for 23 websites for Tiffany.com. They oversee all .com brief publication for 360 brand campaigns, region-specific content, and site enhancements. This person works closely with Site Content Strategy, Merchandising, SEO, Project Management, UX, Product Management, and Regional eCommerce teams. They report into the Manager - Global Tiffany.com Digital Content Operations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Publish all marketing site content, including brand campaigns, region-specific requests, shipping banners, SEO updates, campaign optimization and site enhancements
  • Responsible for managing and editing pages based on cross-functional review and implementing the feedback for each given project before go-live
  • Have an in depth understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring capabilities to identify the most effective and efficient way to publish content
  • Conduct thorough QA of site content to ensure a high-quality client experience across mobile and desktop
  • Partner with Project Management to escalate any launch date concerns
  • Identify potential process improvements to streamline daily activities

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of work experience in eCommerce, website operations or digital marketing
  • Must have strong process orientation and attention to detail
  • Must be able to proactively bring forward and solve for areas of opportunity and influence stakeholder groups across the organization to establish new processes where needed
  • Strong project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system or another leading content management system is preferred
  • Experience integrating systems is preferred
  • Learns quickly and is eager to learn about multiple areas of site management
  • Has an excitement and eagerness for problem-solving and troubleshooting

The hiring range for this position ranges from $65,450 - $88,550. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
