In the area of Compensation & Benefits, this position will provide operational supports to both Retail and Supply Chain businesses, assists in implementing global/regional/local C&B programs; while in terms of Talent Product Delivery (HRIS), this position will partner with Talent Team in APAC region and Global Talent Product Delivery team, to provide supports on all Talent related systems and key HRIS initiatives.



Compensation & Benefits
  • Acts as a compensation and benefits partner to ensure best practices are implemented across the region, especially in Supply Chain business
  • Prepares quarterly budgeting exercises as well as year-end accruals/provisions
  • Conducts regular or ad-hoc compensations & benefits surveys to get abreast of latest market intelligence
  • Handles regular HR operations for the region, e.g. benefits administration, work visa applications or renewals and administers work injury cases and reporting
  • Participates in annual benefits renewal projects and helps monitoring the service quality of the service providers
  • Coordinates regular health talks and creates communication materials throughout the year
  • Ensures global/regional talent policies to meet all regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Supports ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested

Talent Product Delivery (HRIS)
  • Acts as a gatekeeper for Workday data quality and perform monthly data audit across APAC region (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia) for both Retail and Supply Chain businesses
  • Monitors Workday Time-off & Leave of Absences plans and prepare monthly usage report for management
  • Involves in Workday projects for new market openings or system enhancements, including preparation of user requirements, preparing testing scripts, UAT and documentations etc.
  • Identifies area of improvements to streamline process or shorten working time on routine tasks such as report automation or report redesign etc.
  • Provides day-to-day supports to users and troubleshoot any system or data related issues

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Mathematics or other Business Administration related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits field, preferably with experience in a matrix organization
  • Experience in regional role and Workday system will be a plus
  • Strong Excel skills with good numerical sense and able to manage large volume of data
  • Strong compliance mindset with high attention to details
  • Proactive and timely on follow-up and delivery of accurate work with good problem solving and time management skills as well as able to work independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
