The Assistant, High Jewelry Business is responsible for assisting the Private Client Manager as well as overall business with the day-to-day job functions to successfully support all clients and sales. The Assistant must maintain the highest level of customer service in all communications in line with Tiffany & Co. expectations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist in all appointments and client communications
  • Process transactions on behalf of the Private Client Manager
  • Provide aftersales and special-order service to High Jewelry clients
  • Partner with store network and operations team to acquire merchandise for High Jewelry appointments and transactions
  • Manage all incoming requests to the Private Client Manager
  • Prioritize / project manage deliveries and shipments for High Jewelry clients
  • Ensure consistent and seamless client experience for all interactions across all channels
  • Assist with client gifting and follow up for client events and activations
  • Record client details and maintain client profiles within Salesforce
  • Manage sales through WeChat, Instagram, and all other social platforms on behalf of Private Client Manager
  • Strong client knowledge with a sense of urgency on client service and problem solving
  • Execute miscellaneous housekeeping & administration tasks when needed

  • 2-3 years of retail experience preferably in Watches & Fine Jewelry
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule with overtime as needed to accomplish immediate tasks
  • Strong brand and product knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Bi-lingual/Multi-lingual candidates strongly preferred

The hiring range for this position ranges from $24.48 - $33.12 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
