Job Details

This position will be accountable for Major Program transformation within the corporate areas of Tiffany (Supply Chain, Industrial, Finance, Human Resources). The primary initiative will be to lead an Anaplan implementation for Allocation and Replenishment, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning and Assortment planning. You will partner closely with corporate business partners to plan the development and delivery of strategic project releases. Leading the transition to product teams at the appropriate stage of the program lifecycle. You will use your technical product management skills and business judgment to drive high priority initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Owns the daily execution of activities across all program tracks/work streams (e.g., estimation, scoping, build, deployment, budget, staffing, vendor management), including integrating business and IT work efforts, as well as integrating internal partners and 3rd party service provider work efforts
  • Reviews developed materials submitted by the project team in accordance with an agreed upon acceptance procedures and the MSA/SOW, as applicable
  • Executes effective project management control activities including scope change control, issue resolution, risk management, status reporting, project budget management
  • Identifies issues, risks, and scope changes requiring oversight
  • Ensures timely resolution and appropriate escalation, as vital
  • Develops and leads the fully integrated program schedule/project plan
  • Reviews project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate
  • Measures and evaluates progress against the program schedule/project plan and resolves deviations (jointly with project team members) from the schedule
  • Responsible for supervising the delivery and ensuring the quality of core program/project management deliverables, including but not limited to program/project charter, project timeline, RAID logs, status reports and other key stakeholder presentations/communication
  • Builds and leads resource plans to ensure accurate allocation of program resources
  • Leads team project status meetings and ensures completion and delivery of status reports
  • Responsible for effective project budget/financial forecasting
  • Responsible for effective project communication across the organization including executive communications


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Must have a strong project management or application development background
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, preferably for a global company
  • 3+ years of experience leading programs containing multiple cross functional workstreams
  • Functional project management expertise (e.g., issue/risk resolution, dependency identification, financial tracking, scheduling, resource management, capacity planning)
  • Experience with traditional "waterfall" methodologies, as well as experience with more iterative/agile project management methods
  • Experience with formal SDLC processes and a track record to drive SDLC improvements to accelerate project deliverables
  • Strong presentation skills: ability to partner with senior leadership, must be able to communicate technical issues in business terms so that senior leadership can evaluate options and make sound decisions
  • Structured problem-solving skills: ability to identify high-impact issues/risk for executive review
  • Strategic thinking: ability to objectively align tactical work efforts with enterprise goals/objectives
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of PPM and other project management tools (examples - MS Project, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification


Preferred:
  • Agile certification (i.e., SCRUM Master) preferred
  • Six Sigma green belt or above preferred
  • ITIL certification preferred
