Position Overview
The role of an EMEA CRM Intern will be focused on supporting the EMEA CRM team with the preparation, production and sign off of cross-channel customer communications (email, SMS, push, DM) from briefing to execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, to ensure the right content is being driven to our customers at the right time. With the customer, the brand and data always at front of mind. You will also assist on administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the department.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Graduated/finalising study, towards degree standard or equivalent, or proven (relevant) CRM experience - Passion for fashion retail as well as brand and digital marketing - Strong affinity with the Ralph Lauren brand - Ability to work well and independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Creatively minded - Strong organisational skills & attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills - Proficient in English
